This paper introduces the method of asset evaluation of six passenger ships during the reorganization and restructuring of a shipping company, and focuses on the assessment of the new rate of assets. Because there is no passenger ship assessment criteria or practical cases to follow, this method is a project team to explore for their own colleagues to further explore.
