七月的黑龙江凉爽宜人,是一年中气温最好的时节。记者跟随全国人大常委会调研组在黑龙江进行了为期一周的调研。阳光、白云、绿地、细雨伴随着由向巴平措副委员长亲自带队的调研小组,其成员多数为少数民族地区的民族工作领导,此次是针对少数民族地区经济社会发展情况进行走访。我们从哈尔滨出发,先后到了大庆、齐齐哈尔、黑河的少数民族自治县、区、乡、村,考察黑龙江民族地区的医院、学校、民营企业等,并到少数民族居民家中走访调研,了解少数民族地区政策的落实情况和少数民族群众的生产、生活状况,充分体现了党和国家领导对少数民族同胞的关心爱护。
