我所最近建立一株人卵巢小细胞癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型,已传十二代,移植瘤生长良好。现就各代移植瘤的光镜及电镜形态特点报告如下:SPF级BALB/C裸小鼠由本所实验动物房提供。移植瘤株来自一例伴高血钙的卵巢小细胞癌妇女右侧卵巢肿瘤切除后复发再次手术取下的后腹膜巨大肿块的癌组织,接种于裸鼠两侧腋下的皮下,约三个月后长成1cm左右取材,作常规光镜,电镜切片观察。光镜观察结果:裸小鼠移植瘤各代光学切片组织学形态与手术标本的病理所见基本相同。瘤块周围部分
