目的:比较茜草饮片黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)的含量并确定限度标准。方法:间接竞争酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。结果:茜草、茜草炭饮片AFB_1含量基本都在国家规定的食品AFB_1限度范围之内。结论:茜草饮片的黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)的含量限度标准初步确定为≤5μg·kg~(-1),与食品AFB_1限度相同。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in barnyardgrass pieces and determine the limit standard. Methods: Indirect competition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The content of AFB_1 in the decoction pieces of madder and alfalfa was basically within the scope of national food AFB_1. Conclusion: The limit standard for the content of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in A. decoction pieces was initially determined as ≤5 μg·kg -1, which is the same as the limit of AFB_1 in foods.
