通过对传统跆拳道教学分析,针对训练内容、训练强度、教师示范等方面存在问题提出一些对策,旨在为儿童跆拳道教学充实内容和提供参考依据。
Through analyzing the traditional taekwondo teaching, some countermeasures are put forward according to the existing problems such as training content, training intensity and teacher demonstration. The aim is to enrich the content and provide references for children’s taekwondo teaching.
