一、现代企业组织理论 “组织问题始终是企业管理的一个重要议题。企业组织结构的设计和变革,都应在科学的组织理论指导下进行。在传统组织理论的基础上,出现了许多现代组织理论,从不同方面丰富和发展了企业组织理论。 (一)传统组织理论的主要内容及其评价 (二)现代组织理论:1.行为组织理论的产生及主要贡献;2.“经验学派”组织理论的产生及主要贡献;3.系统组织理论的产生及主要贡献;4.权变组织理论的产生及主要贡献。
I. The Theory of Modern Enterprise Organization “Organization issues are always an important issue for corporate management. The design and transformation of corporate organizational structures should be conducted under the guidance of scientific organization theories. Based on the traditional organizational theory, many modern organizations have emerged. Theory has enriched and developed corporate organization theory from different aspects.(1) The main content and evaluation of traditional organization theory (2) Modern organization theory: 1. The generation and main contribution of behavioral organization theory; The generation of the theory and its main contribution; 3. The generation and main contribution of the system organization theory; 4. The emergence and main contribution of the contingent organization theory.
