过去,电池工业多以软锰矿为原料.为解决软锰矿资源不足的问题,湘潭锰矿在有关单位协助下,对硬锰矿资源做了大量试验研究工作.对该矿区硬锰矿放电性能所进行的反复试验表明,电池用硬锰矿属于含有不等量恩苏塔矿的钾硬锰矿,MnO_2含量最高达82%以上,一般均在70%以上.有害杂质含量低.从电气性能看,开路电压约1.56~1.60V,终止电压0.75V时,5欧姆连放、间放性能较好,但高压放分较低.
In the past, the battery industry used pyrolusite as raw material. To solve the problem of insufficient pyrolusite resources, Xiangtan Manganese Mine, with the assistance of relevant units, has done a lot of experimental research on hard manganese ore resources. The repeated performance of hard manganese ore discharge in the mining area was repeated. Tests have shown that the use of hard-manganese ore belongs to the potassium hard-manganese ores with unequal amounts of Ensu Ta ore. The content of MnO2 is up to 82% or higher, and generally above 70%. The content of harmful impurities is low. From the viewpoint of electrical performance, the open-circuit voltage is about 1.56. ~ 1.60V, when the termination voltage is 0.75V, the 5 ohm concatenation and the interposition performance are better, but the high pressure fraction is lower.
