目的:制备芦丁铋二元配合物微囊,并对其进行质量评价。方法:利用自制的芦丁铋二元配合物为原料,采用复凝聚法制备芦丁铋二元配合物微囊,通过正交设计优选其制备工艺;通过包封率、验证性试验、粒径检查等对其进行质量评价。结果:芦丁铋二元配合物微囊最佳制备条件为囊材与囊心物的质量比6:1,成囊pH 3.5,成囊温度60℃,固化时间1.5 h。结论:应用优选工艺制备的微囊,其包封率>40%,重复性好,90%微囊粒径在15~85μm。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare rutin bismuth binary complex microcapsules and evaluate its quality. Methods: The rutin bismuth binary complex was prepared by complex coacervation method, and its preparation process was optimized by orthogonal design. The encapsulation efficiency, confirmatory test, particle size Check the quality of their evaluation. Results: The best preparation conditions of bovine rutin bismuth complex microcapsules were as follows: mass ratio of capsule material to capsule was 6: 1, pH value was 3.5, temperature of encapsulation was 60 ℃ and curing time was 1.5 h. CONCLUSION: The microcapsules prepared by the optimized technology have good encapsulation efficiency> 40%, good repeatability and 90% microcapsule particle size of 15 ~ 85μm.
