为了更好地实现中职学校的教学目的,必须要重视对学生职业技能的培养。结合目前社会上对烹饪人才的要求特点,在教学过程中,必须要考虑到学生的实际情况,以提高学生的烹饪技巧为最终目标,对教学方法进行一定程度的创新,使学生在学习烹饪的过程中找到乐趣,激发学生在料理方面的兴趣与积极性。只有这样才能使学生在步入职业生涯的时候,以自己高超的专业技能在与同行业人才的竞争中脱颖而出。
