建筑业是国民经济建设中的支柱产业之一,是相关行业赖以发展的先导产业。它直接关系到国民经济的顺利发展和人民生活质量的不断提高。但是,伴随建筑业的发展而建筑工程质量问题愈显突出,成为建筑业发展的瓶颈。现就如何加强工程项目的质量检查、验收,尤其是竣工验收及工程交付使用后的保修等一系列工程项目质量问题阐述一些看法。
Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in the construction of national economy and the leading industry in which related industries depend. It has a direct bearing on the smooth development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of people’s life.
