目的了解2008年开封市手足口病发病情况及其流行病学分布特征。方法使用“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”对2008年开封市手足口病疫情进行分析。结果2008年开封市共报告手足口病800例,报告发病率为16.975/10万,发病构成比占当年丙类传染病全部报告病例数的28.004%,其发病率和发病构成比在11种丙类传染病中居第二位。结论手足口病是当前严重危害开封市人民群众身体健康的重要公共卫生问题之一,建议政府以及有关部门切实加强对手足口病防控工作的投入和管理力度。
Objective To understand the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease and its epidemiological distribution in Kaifeng in 2008. Methods The “Disease Surveillance Information Report Management System” was used to analyze the epidemic situation of HFMD in Kaifeng in 2008. Results In 2008, a total of 800 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Kaifeng City, with a reported incidence rate of 16.975 / 100 000, accounting for 28.004% of all reported cases of Category C infectious diseases in that year. Conclusion HFMD is one of the most important public health problems seriously threatening the health of people in Kaifeng City.
