提出了一种用于内燃机可靠性研究的模糊故障树分析方法。在常规故障树分析法中,故障事件发生的概率被描述为一确定值,在实际生活中,内燃机零部件发生故障不仅仅是由一些随机不确定性因素造成的,而且还有一些是模糊不确定性因素引起的。在本文提出的方法中故障事件发生的概率被定义为一模糊数。基于模糊集理论和故障树分析方法,模糊故障树分析方法解决了传统故障树分析法不能处理同时存在有随机不确定性和模糊不确定性的故障事件的问题。就该方法在内燃机可靠性分析中的应用给出了实例。
A fuzzy fault tree analysis method for the reliability research of internal combustion engine is proposed. In conventional fault tree analysis, the probability of occurrence of a fault event is described as a deterministic value. In real life, failure of internal combustion engine components is not only caused by a few random uncertainties, but also some are fuzzy Deterministic factors. The probability of occurrence of a fault event in the proposed method is defined as a fuzzy number. Based on the fuzzy set theory and fault tree analysis, the fuzzy fault tree analysis method solves the problem that the traditional fault tree analysis can not deal with the fault events which have both the random uncertainty and the fuzzy uncertainty. The application of this method in the reliability analysis of internal combustion engine is given.
