随着城市经济社会发展及人口变化,城市中小学布局结构不合理的问题日益突出,因此,如何制订相应的策略,优化配置教育资源,以满足人们对教育尤其是优质教育的需求显得十分紧迫。本文认为,进行城市中小学布局结构调整,必须做好中小学布局结构科学规划、处理好中小学校面临的各种问题、利用多种途径筹措中小学布局结构调整所需的资金、做好师资队伍的培养、储备、分流、共享等工作。
With the urban economic and social development and population changes, the layout of urban primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent.
