以武汉市八月天地农业有限公司的生态猕猴桃园的5年生红阳为试材,利用EM菌泥、沼液泥、EM菌稀释液及农用链霉素进行防治猕猴桃溃疡病试验。结果表明:EM活性菌泥敷涂的防治效果和病疤愈合效果最好,其次为50倍EM菌稀释液,然后依次为200倍农用链霉素、沼液泥和清水处理。EM菌泥在当年、次年4月的防治效果分别为88.8%、89.1%,病疤复发率分别为5.1%、8.5%,其病疤愈合效果达60.6%;EM菌稀释液在当年、次年4月的防治效果分别为87.0%、87.1%,病疤复发率分别为5.9%、10.2%,其病疤愈合效果达45.9%;农用链霉素在当年、次年4月防治效果分别为77.1%和73.1%,病疤复发率分别为10.4%、21.2%,其病疤愈合效果为22.9%。说明EM活性菌能有效防治猕猴桃溃疡病,是一种生物防治猕猴桃溃疡病的新方法。
Taking the 5-year-old Hongyang, an ecological kiwifruit farm in August World Agriculture Co., Ltd. of Wuhan City, as the test material, the experiment of controlling kiwifruit ulcer disease was carried out by using EM bacteria mud, mud slurry, EM bacteria diluent and agricultural streptomycin. The results showed that the control effect of EM activated bacterium smear was the best and the scar healing effect was the best, followed by 50 times dilution of EM bacteria, followed by 200 times of agricultural streptomycin, biogas slurry and water treatment. In the same year, the control effect of EM bacteria was 88.8% and 89.1% in April and the recurrence rate of scar was 5.1% and 8.5% respectively. The effect of healing of the disease scar was 60.6%. In the same year, The prevention and cure effects in April and April were 87.0% and 87.1% respectively. The recurrence rates of scar were 5.9% and 10.2%, respectively. The healing effect of scar was 45.9%. The control effect of streptomycin in April and April was 77.1% and 73.1% respectively. The recurrence rate of scar was 10.4% and 21.2% respectively, and the healing effect of scar was 22.9%. It shows that EM can effectively prevent and cure kiwifruit ulcer disease and is a new method of biological control of kiwifruit ulcer disease.
