目的:收集某市社区卫生服务中心药房托管前后的经济运行数据,评价药房托管对医疗机构经济运行的影响。方法:采用Excel 2003软件,对药房托管前后共4年经济运行数据进行统计学分析。结果:数据显示,药房托管对抑制药价、解决群众看病贵问题并没起到明显作用。结论:药房托管不能从根本上解决“以药养医”问题,在政府补偿不足的现况下,还需要尝试其他方法缓解看病贵问题。
OBJECTIVE: To collect the data of economic operation before and after the administration of pharmacy in a community health service center in a certain city to evaluate the impact of the administration of pharmacy on the economic operation of medical institutions. Methods: Excel 2003 software was used to analyze the data of economic operation before and after the pharmacy was administered for 4 years. Results: The data show that the pharmacy hosting has not played a significant role in suppressing the drug prices and solving the problems of people’s high medical expenses. Conclusion: Drugstore management can not fundamentally solve the problem of “taking medicine to support medicine”. Under the current situation of insufficient government compensation, other measures are needed to ease the problem of expensive medical treatment.
