本文观察20例正常人和20例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者血糖、血清胰岛素(INS)、C-肽(C-P)和生长激素(GH)释放水平。结果表明:CRF患者在口服葡萄糖耐量试验中出现糖耐量低减(IGT)者占40%,同时伴INS升高,其余患者耐糖曲线、INS释放曲线基本正常。CRF患者血清C-P显著高于正常,但IGT组与耐糖正常(NGT)组C-P无显著差异。CRF患者血GH显著高于正常对照组,IGT组与NGT组血清GH空腹水平无明显差异。但餐后各时相均显著高于NGT组,不被葡萄糖抑制,提示CRF时血清CH升高,可能是导致部分CRF患者出现IGT的原因之一。
In this paper, the levels of blood glucose, serum insulin (INS), C-peptide (P-P) and growth hormone (GH) were measured in 20 normal subjects and 20 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) The results showed that patients with CRF had an incidence of impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) in oral glucose tolerance test, accounting for 40%, accompanied by an increase in INS. The remaining patients had normal glucose tolerance curve and INS release curve. Serum C-P levels in patients with CRF were significantly higher than those in normal controls, but there was no significant difference in C-P levels between IGT and NGT groups. Blood GH in patients with CRF was significantly higher than that of the normal control group, serum GH levels in IGT group and NGT group had no significant difference. However, the postprandial levels were significantly higher than the NGT group, not inhibited by glucose, suggesting that elevated serum CH in patients with CRF may be one of the reasons leading to the emergence of IGT in some CRF patients.
