公司经营的多元化和业务地域外延的项目实际运行情况我们传统的“方案--初步设计--施工图--施工配合--工程验收”的设计模式在此类项目中受到时间和地域的限制针对以上设计项目实施的特点和难点我公司较多的采用和当地设计院合作的模式运行及我方做方案和初步设计合作方在方案的基础上进行施工图的深化和后期的施工配合;在项目的合作过程中;由于项目特点的不确定性和设计习惯等等因素的影响在合作配合过程中存在着一些问题。现以《泸州医学院附属医院—内科病房楼改扩建工程》(以下简称为泸医改扩建)项目为例浅析属地化合作设计工程的项目管理。
