我院门诊部自87年以来,采用局部封闭和内服吗啉胍治疗寻常疣50例,扁平疣23例,两者皆有者7例,共计80例,结果治愈62例(77.5％),好转18例(22.5％),有效率100％。方法:用1％盐酸普鲁卡因注射液进行疣基底注射,直推药液致表面发白约1—2ml,不能再推为止。药液应注入真皮,勿注入皮下脂肪层,若疣体较多,每次可选封数个,3—4天封闭一次,一般3—10次可愈;同时内服吗啉胍0.2g,每日三次,小儿酌减,共10—30天。
