7月下旬,国家对加工贸易政策作重大调整,公布了加工出口产品的限制类目录。本栏目组稿时,武汉、南昌、太原、呼和浩特等地陆续传来消息,众多东部加工企业在这些中西部城市安家落户,行业涉及纺织服装、电子、家具等。国家发改委最近公布的分析资料显示,随着我国加工业结构调整步伐的加快,中西部地区投资增幅明显高于东部地区。1—6月,中西部地区投资增长76%,高出东部地区43.4个百分点。本刊特别组织一组文章,希望读者能在其中有所启迪。
In late July, the state made a major adjustment to its policy on processing trade and announced a list of restricted categories for the processing of export products. When this column was drafted, many news came from Wuhan, Nanchang, Taiyuan, Hohhot and other places. Many eastern processing enterprises settled down in these cities in central and western China. The industries involved are textile, clothing, electronics and furniture.
