黄曲霉毒素的毒性及致癌作用研究——二、黄曲霉毒素污染粮和黄曲霉培养提取物的急性毒性作用

我们曾就黄曲霉毒素B_1(简称AFTB_1)对北京鸭雏的急性毒性实验做了一些观察。黄曲霉菌广泛存在于自然界。发霉的食物、谷类等可以检出黄曲霉菌及其所产毒素。食用黄曲霉毒素污染食品是机体摄入黄曲霉毒素的主要途径。

We have made some observations about the acute toxicity test of aflatoxin B_1 (AFTB_1) to Beijing ducklings. Aspergillus flavus widespread in nature. Moldy foods, cereals, etc. can detect Aspergillus flavus and its toxins produced. Aflatoxins contaminated food is the body’s main way of aflatoxin intake.
