为进一步研究如何适应跨国投资发展趋势,探索利用外资的新方式,趋利避害,以便为制定合理的外资政策搜集有关资料和数据,提供决策依据,课题组对广州本田汽车有限公司、广州日立电梯有限公司、深圳市赛格三星股份有限公司等合资企业就利用外资的基本情况、面对利用外资的新形势、政策环境需改善的地方等问题进行了调研。
In order to further study how to adapt to the development trend of transnational investment, explore new ways of utilizing foreign capital, and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages in order to collect relevant data and data for formulating reasonable foreign investment policies and provide decision-making basis, the research group conducted research on Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Hitachi Ltd., Elevator Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen SEG Samsung Co., Ltd. conducted research on the basic situation of using foreign capital, facing the new situation of utilizing foreign capital and the need of improving the policy environment.
