目前从土壤中提取全磷的方法,既麻烦,又费时,本文提出了一种快速、准确的提取全磷方法。该方法是在土样中依次加入浓H_2SO_4、H_2O_2、HF,加热10分钟(≈423K),除去多余的过氧化物,全过程约需30分钟。该法与标准的Na_2CO_3熔化法和HClO_4提取法比较,所测全磷含量与Na_2CO_3熔融法几乎相等,比HClO_4提取法高7%。H_2O_2氧化了与有机碳结合的磷,HF用来溶解有机碳较低的砂土中与硅铝盐酸矿物结合的磷。本方法不仅反比以前通常所用方法省时,而且只需简单的实验设备,既经济又方便。特别适宜于少量土壤样品分析。
At present, the method of extracting total phosphorus from soil is troublesome and time-consuming. In this paper, a fast and accurate method for extracting total phosphorus is proposed. The method is to add concentrated H 2 SO 4, H 2 O 2 and HF successively in soil sample, and heat for 10 minutes (≈423K) to remove excess peroxide, and the whole process takes about 30 minutes. Compared with the standard Na_2CO_3 melting method and the HClO_4 extraction method, this method is almost equal to the Na_2CO_3 melting method, which is 7% higher than that of the HClO_4 extraction method. H 2 O 2 oxidizes phosphorus in combination with organic carbon, and HF is used to dissolve phosphorus bound to silicoaluminum mineral in the lower organic carbon. The method not only saves time when compared with the method commonly used before, but also requires only simple experimental equipment, which is both economical and convenient. Particularly suitable for a small amount of soil sample analysis.
