去年11月,一封用电脑打印的信悄无声息地寄到了中国记协主席邵华泽手里。信上说:尊敬的邵华泽主席,深圳电视台选送的新闻《国庆节,中英街两旁国旗高悬》获得了1996年度中国新闻奖一等奖。消息传到深圳以后,不少编辑记者议论纷纷,掩齿窃笑——因为实际上,1996年9月,深圳电视台某负责人构思出这条新闻,于是便授意给了新闻部记者韩建勇和李燮,韩李二人为此先后数次到中英街去,布置该条新闻所需的景观,他们将自己在深圳市购买的“道具”
In November last year, a computer-printed letter was quietly sent to the hands of Chairman Shao Huaze of the China Association of Record Writers.
