患儿男,5岁4个月,汉族,因腹部肿块半月入院。入院前半月发现腹部肿块,起初以右下腹明显,呈进行性增大,至全腹腔。伴进行性腹胀,食纳减少,体重减轻,大便前有腹痛,排便后腹痛缓解。大便2~4天解一次,每次量不多,大便干结,无脓血及黑便。病程中精神欠佳,无发热,无恶心呕吐,无咳嗽盗汗,无口腔溃疡,无四肢关节肿痛,小便正常。患儿系G1P1,足月顺产,母孕期健康,家族中无同类疾病史,否认结核接触史。

Children with G1P1, term full-term, pregnant during pregnancy, no history of similar diseases in the family, denied contact history of tuberculosis.
