冻伤属寒冷性皮肤病,是一种冬季常见病,是由于人体在极其寒冷潮湿的环境中血液循环不好,使暴露在外面的皮肤发生炎性反应的情形。冻疮的发病率与个人的身体素质、职业、工作环境及天气变化等因素有关。我国北方地区冬季天气寒冷,有时候空气湿度较大,新兵集训期间冻伤发生率较高,且冻伤部位多数为手、耳、足等经常暴露的部位,容易引起功能障碍和致残,故应结合新兵训练的特点,采取综合措施防治新兵集训期间的冻伤。
