吊斗铲是应用在大型露天矿山中经济效益最高的挖掘设备。根据某种型号的迈步式吊斗铲的主要性能参数,在ADAMS软件中建立其虚拟样机模型,并利用ADAMS软件对吊斗铲模型进行运动学仿真,并对一个迈步周期内的关键位置运动特性曲线进行了分析。为了降低行走机构迈步初始阶段的速度波动,以行走机构中几个关键位置点的坐标值作为设计变量,对行走机构关键部件的尺寸进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化后的吊斗铲初始阶段的速度波动明显减小,运动特性有所提高。
