以陆地棉洞A为材料,取不育株和可育株小孢子单核早期花药进行转录组测序。结果表明:在获得注释的66 535个Unigene中,有51个激素相关基因差异表达,其中不育花药上调表达的有23个,可育花药上调表达的有28个。本研究首次分析了该时期激素相关基因在转录组水平上的差异,并对其中2个关键基因进行了验证,为深入研究陆地棉洞A的不育机理和挖掘关键基因奠定基础。
A cotton germplasm A was used as material, and the early anthers of sterile microspores and fertile plants were sequenced. The results showed that among 66 535 Unigene annotated, 51 hormone-related genes were differentially expressed, of which 23 were up-regulated and 28 were up-regulated by fertile anther. In this study, the differences of hormone-related genes at the transcriptome level were analyzed for the first time. Two of these key genes were validated to lay a foundation for in-depth study on the sterility mechanism and key genes in cotton fields.
