微循环的基本概念 微循环是指微动脉与微静脉之间微血管结构中的血液循环,它是循环系统的最基层结构。微循环的基本功能是向全身各组织细胞运送养料和排出废物,也即进行气体和物质的交换。因此,它是保证体内组织器官正常生理功能的首要前提。 微循环遍及全身各处,由于脏器组织的功能不同,因此,各部位的微血管结构和分布也不尽相同。一个典型的微循环结构一般由微动脉、后微动脉、毛细血管前括约肌、真毛细血管、通血毛细血管、动静脉吻合支和微静脉等七个部分组成。血液通过微循环有三条通路,
The basic concept of microcirculation Microcirculation refers to the blood circulation in the microvasculature between the arterioles and venules, which is the most basic structure of the circulatory system. The basic function of microcirculation is to transport nutrients and excrete waste to all tissues and cells of the body, that is, exchange of gases and substances. Therefore, it is to ensure the normal physiological function of tissues and organs in the first premise. Microcirculation throughout the body, due to the different functions of visceral tissue, therefore, the various parts of the microvascular structure and distribution are not the same.
