外包日渐成为人力资源管理领域最重要的趋势之一,作为企业和管理者,选择外包的理性考虑包括财务成本的缩减、核心战略问题的聚焦、更多的技术和专业人才及可衡量的改进;然而,外包也存在一些风险,如对员工士气的冲击和企业核心知识的可能外泄。在利弊分析的基础上,提出做好外包安排的对策建议。
Outsourcing has increasingly become one of the most important trends in human resources management. As a business and manager, the rational consideration of outsourcing includes the reduction of financial costs, the focus of core strategic issues, more technical and professional personnel and measurable improvements. However, there are also risks associated with outsourcing, such as the impact on employee morale and possible leakage of corporate core knowledge. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, the countermeasures and suggestions on outsourcing arrangement are put forward.
