本文通过分析WTO争端解决机制与RTAs争端解决机制在相互承认裁决方面存在的冲突问题,提出在WTO争端解决机制与RTAs争端解决机制中建立相互承认裁决制度的必要性,并进一步分析了协调这一冲突的方法与途径。
This article analyzes the conflict between the WTO dispute settlement mechanism and the RTAs dispute settlement mechanism on mutual recognition of rulings and proposes the necessity of establishing mutual recognition ruling system in the WTO dispute settlement mechanism and RTAs dispute settlement mechanism and further analyzes how to coordinate this Ways and means of conflict.
