本文 4例脑出血并发严重上消化道出血的病人 ,经H2 受体阻滞剂等药物治疗不能完全控制出血 ,改用生长抑素 ( Stilamin)后 ,当天即有明显效果 ,随后完全控制了上消化道出血 ,脑部症状也得到控制 ,4例病人均存活出院。我们认为生长抑素是抢救脑出血并发严重上消化道出血安全有效?
