近年来我科试用局部注射药物治疗鼻出血,获得较好效果,现将方法介绍如下。对鼻前段尤其是中隔前下方点状出血,针眼样搏动性出血,用1％普鲁卡因3～5毫升作鼻堤周围注射,压迫来自鼻前动脉血的来源,然后在粘膜下注射5％鱼肝油酸钠0.1～0.3毫升,使血管闭塞。微量的药液不会损伤粘膜上皮而发生坏死。我们治疗的19例,都获满意的效果。对鼻腔后段出血,可用腭大孔注射,患者头后仰,张大口,于上颌第二磨牙腭侧龈缘至中线的中点处,用5号口腔针头刺人,针尖斜面向下;若磨牙缺失,刺入点可选在软腭前0.5厘米,牙槽腭与腭中缝连线
