随着最后一根高12 m、重17 t的钢质取水管在深达22 m的长江底部焊接成功,中国铁建十四局集团承建的我国首座深水电力引水项目--江苏常熟电厂引水隧道8日全面贯通。这一隧道工程整体偏差仅7 cm,标志着我国复杂地质条件下特殊结构引水隧道的设计、施工与科研取得重大突破。位于长江下游徐六泾河交汇处南段的江苏常熟电厂引水隧道工程,在我国水下隧道建设中首次采用了“下插式”取水立管施工新技术,由循环水泵房、取水隧道和取水立管系统组成。采用盾构机施工的2座内径4.2 m、全长约1 900 m的取水隧道,最深处距长江水面26 m。“盾构机先后穿越长江大堤和多条错综复杂地段,富含沼气、上软下硬的地层、流沙土等多种不良地质。地质条件之
