2012年以来,青铜峡市地税局围绕税收中心工作,强化征管,倡导创新,完善制度,提升执行力,倾力打造团结型、创新型、和谐型地税机关,形成了队伍强、形象佳、业绩好、事业兴的可喜局面,获得了全国文明单位、市民主评议政风行风执法监督类第一名等荣誉称号。加强学习型机关建设,全面提高干部职工素质建立良好的学习机制,培养浓郁的学风。坚持“每日一读,每周一学、每月一写、每季一讲,每年一考”的长效学习机制,开展“五学一推广”活动(即学理论、学法律、学科技、学电脑、学外语和推广普通话)、全员读书活动等10个载体,大兴学习之风,提高学习效果。
