本文提出在非晶态合金的形成中,元素的原子半径采用实测的原子间距之半来衡量。在总结归纳大量实验资料的基础上发现二元或多元非晶态合金,其组成元素的尺寸因素(ΔR/R_i)都大于9%(个别例外)。分析了影响形成二元非晶态合金的因素,得到了形成二元非晶态合金的必要条件为: |(Z/(r_k))_B (δxp)_A(xpA-xp B)ΔR/R_1| ≥0.09对于用液态淬火法形成的非晶态合金,其准确度达到90%。
This paper proposes that in the formation of amorphous alloys, the atomic radius of an element is measured in terms of half the measured atomic distance. Based on a large amount of experimental data, it is found that the size factors (ΔR / R_i) of binary or multi-component amorphous alloys are more than 9% (with some exceptions). The factors affecting the formation of binary amorphous alloys were analyzed and the necessary conditions for the formation of binary amorphous alloys were obtained as follows: | (Z / (r_k)) _B (δxp) _A (xpA-xp B) ΔR / R_1 | ≥0.09 The accuracy of amorphous alloy formed by liquid quenching method reaches 90%.
