目的研究蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴的杀灭作用。方法采用人工消化法从淡水鱼中获取囊蚴,分组(囊蚴10个/组),将囊蚴置于定量(0.2 ml)蒜汁中,分别作用不同时间(1~240min),显微镜下观察囊蚴的活动情况。设立对照组。结果蒜汁对肝吸虫囊蚴作用2min后,囊蚴开始死亡,死亡率为6.67%。在2~140min内,囊蚴死亡率从6.67%~93.33%,平均死亡率19.04%。作用160min以后直至240min,囊蚴全部死亡,死亡率100%。蒜汁对肝吸虫囊蚴作用早期,后尾蚴活动增强,随着作用时间的延长,后尾蚴活动减慢直至死亡。对照组囊蚴形态和后尾蚴活动情况正常。结论蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴具有刺激和杀灭作用,但杀灭作用弱。蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴的杀灭作用时间越长,囊蚴死亡率越高。因此,用蒜蓉蘸鱼片生吃这种饮食方式对预防肝感染并不安全可靠。
Objective To study the killing effect of garlic juice on metacercariae in vitro. Methods Echinococcus granulosus was obtained from freshwater fish by artificial digestion method. Groups of metacercariae were divided into groups (10 in each group). The metacercariae were placed in 0.2 ml garlic juice at different times (1 ~ 240 min), and observed under a microscope Echinococcosis activity. Set up a control group. Results After 2 minutes of action of garlic juice on metacercariae of liver fluke, the metacercariae began to die with the mortality rate of 6.67%. In 2 ~ 140min, the mortality of metacercaria from 6.67% to 93.33%, the average mortality rate of 19.04%. The role of 160min after 240min, all died of metacercaria, the mortality rate of 100%. Garlic juice on the role of liver fluke metacercaria early, after the cercariae activity increased, with the extension of the role of time, delayed cercariae activity until death. The control group, metacercaria morphology and post-cercariae activity were normal. Conclusions Garlic juice can stimulate and kill isolated metacercariae of liver, but its killing effect is weak. The longer the killing time of garlic juice on the isolated liver fluke metacercaria, the higher the mortality of metacercariae. Therefore, the use of garlic dip fish fillets eating this diet to prevent liver infection is not safe and reliable.
