目的分析下肢动脉血管栓塞采用彩超进行诊断的准确性。方法选取2013年2月-2016年2月该院收治的50例下肢动脉血管栓塞患者,所有患者均经过血管造影确诊,对患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,将检查结果与血管造影确诊结果进行对比分析。结果所有患者的下肢动脉血管栓塞均被检出,诊断准确率为100%;50例患者中,4例患者因心肌病致栓塞,20例患者因冠心病致栓塞,15例患者因风心病合并瓣膜狭窄致栓塞,11例患者因房颤致栓塞。结论下肢动脉血管栓塞采用彩超进行诊断的准确性高,值得对其进行广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolism. Methods From February 2013 to February 2016, 50 patients with lower extremity arterial embolism in our hospital were enrolled. All patients were confirmed by angiography. Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on the patients. The results were compared with angiographic findings Comparative analysis. Results All the patients had lower extremity arterial embolism detected, the diagnostic accuracy was 100%. Among the 50 patients, 4 patients were embolized by cardiomyopathy, 20 patients were embolized by coronary heart disease, and 15 patients were complicated by rheumatic heart disease Valve stenosis caused by embolism, 11 patients due to atrial fibrillation caused by embolism. Conclusion Lower extremity arterial embolism using color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of high accuracy, it is worth to be widely promoted.
