本文应用体外测定平滑肌等长收缩强度的方法,研究了抗坏血酸对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌张力的影响。结果显示,灌注抗坏血酸溶液可使平滑肌静息张力松弛,但对经氯化氨甲酰胆碱收缩的平滑肌张力无作用。本文还观察了pH 对上述作用的影响。
In this paper, in vitro determination of smooth muscle isometric contraction strength method to study the impact of ascorbic acid on guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle tension. The results showed that perfused ascorbic acid could relax the resting tension of smooth muscle, but had no effect on smooth muscle tension induced by carbachol. This article also observed the effect of pH on these effects.
