取早孕妇女的蜕膜组织进行离体培养,观察PGE_2对蜕膜细胞生长的影响:蜕膜细胞在不同浓度的PGE_2的影响下皆可发生退化变性,甚至坏死。其退化变性程度随剂量增加而加剧,而正常对照组的蜕膜细胞则生长良好,实验中也对比观察芫花萜和15-甲基-PGF_(2a)的作用。按作用强度比,其顺序为芫花萜>PGE_2>15-甲基-PGF_(2a)。说明PGE_2可以直接抑制蜕膜细胞使之退化变性。此抑制作用与子宫收缩或雌、孕激素的作用或代谢无关。
The decidua tissue of early pregnant women was taken out in vitro to observe the effect of PGE 2 on the growth of decidual cells: degeneration and even necrosis of decidual cells were observed under the influence of different concentrations of PGE 2 . The degree of degenerative degeneration was increased with increasing dose, while the decidual cells of the normal control group grew well. The effects of alfalfa dioxin and 15-methyl-PGF(2a) were also observed in the experiment. According to the effect intensity ratio, the order is Achillea> PGE2> 15-methyl-PGF_(2a). Description PGE_2 can directly inhibit the degeneration of decidual cells. This inhibition is not associated with uterine contractions or the effects of estrogen and progesterone or metabolism.
