四、中国对“信息高速公路”战略计划的反映 1994年1月11日,’94全国电子信息推广应用工作会议在京召开。国务委员宋健同志在会上讲了话,他说:在我国逐步建立电子信息高速公路的提法是对的。邹家华在贺信中说:叫“信息国道”好,这说明大家非常重视信息基础设施。叫“国道”我赞成,“国道”比较确切,因为我们没有那么多的钱,也达不到那么高的速度,但这是摆在我们面前的一项迫切任务,信息网络问题已经提了十年,由于各种原因没有形成。现在我们与国际的差距越来越大,90年代,我们必须在电子信息产业,特别在电信基础工程方面有突出成绩,才能适应我国社会主义市场经济
