目的对低吸光值差示比色法进行改进。方法在应用低吸光差示比色法中,改为以低光度待测样品溶液来调节仪器透光率为100%,然后测量比待测样品溶液浓度高的参比溶液的差示吸光度,从而改进低吸光度差示的色法。结果样品在本文采用的方法下测定,方法线性好,相关系数为r=0.9998,相对误差<0.5%。结论本文所建立的方法不仅具有使差示吸光度与样品吸光度同样具有线性关系,同样提高了光度精密度,且参比溶液浓度易选择,计算简单等特点。
