区教师发展中心提出:以“学本课堂”和“高效作业”研究为重点。我校提出:“以课堂练习为主打研训项目,关注课堂,聚焦练习,提升质量”。基于此,高段数学团队开展了系列磨“练”活动,通过解读文本、分析学情、制订目标、磨“练”过程。在历“练”过程中不断反思、调整练习,体验收获,在思维碰撞中感恬、提升。
District Teacher Development Center proposed: Focusing on the study of Classroom and Effective Work.
