《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《固容规》)已于2009年12月1日起实施,与已执行了20多年的《压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《规程》)相比较,明显的变化之一是对快开门式压力容器的定义和安全联锁功能作出了规定。本文结合我国快开门式压力容器安全联锁功能的技术现状,就进一步完善安全管理等问题谈些看法。
The Rules for the Safety Supervision of Fixed Pressure Vessels (hereinafter referred to as the “Solid Pressure Gauges”) came into effect on December 1, 2009, in line with the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels (hereinafter referred to as the “Procedures for Monitoring Safety of Pressure Vessels” "), One of the obvious changes is the definition of a quick-open pressure vessel and the safety interlock function. This article combined with China’s quick open door pressure vessel safety interlock technology status quo, to further improve the safety management and other issues to talk about some views.
