In the light of relevant foreign literature and materials, the article deeply studies the sports and political development of New South Africa that ended the system of apartheid in 1994. The changes mainly focus on the great development and prosperity of the sports economy and the sports in international diplomatic affairs On the issue of the role of the new South African sports policy and strive to have a preliminary understanding.
