随着批林整风运动的深入开展,天津冷气机厂全体职工在党支部的领导下,掀起了提高产品质量的热潮,尤其是检验组的全体同志为了改变检验工作的被动局面,在1973年3月冷冻机行业烟台会议精神的鼓舞下,自己设计,自己加工,自己装配,自己验证,在较短的时间内,共搞出16套专用量检具,解决了冷冻机机体、缸套、活塞、连杆、曲轴等关键零件的几何精度和尺寸公差的测量问题,为从根本上提高产品质量创造了有利条件。1973年冷冻机行业质量检查组,通过现场实际验证后,一致认为这些专用量检具使用方便,外表美观,测量示值比较稳定,值得行业各兄弟厂学习。同时,一致要求天津冷气机厂将这些专用量检具绘制成正式图纸,在冷冻机行业进行交流。本文根据1973年9月在宁波召开的《冷冻机行业质量检查评比总结会议》上所发的材料整理而成。现将16套专用量检具分述如下。
