The purpose of this paper is to combine the new tasks and new situations confronting our country in combating corruption and building a clean government, so as to probe into the specific ways of building a system of punishment and prevention against corruption in our country, emphasizing institutional innovation and reform as the key points and effectively establishing a system of punishing and preventing corruption.
