随着社会的高速发展对艺术设计专业人才的需求越来越高,而想要培养出优秀的学生必须有一批高水平“能说会做”的教师团队,建设一支有团队意识、理论水平和实践能力出众的师资队伍,这对艺术设计的专业建设和人才培养起到事半功倍、立竿见影的效果。基于此,笔者主要对艺术设计专业师资队伍的综合建设策略进行分析。
With the rapid development of society, the demand for art and design professionals is getting higher and higher, and those who want to cultivate outstanding students must have a group of high-level teachers who “can speak and do” and build a team with a sense of teamwork, Theoretical level and practical ability outstanding faculty, which art design and personnel training to play a multiplier, immediate effect. Based on this, the author mainly analyzes the comprehensive construction strategy of art design faculty.
