目的对沿海某火力发电厂输煤系统采用的除尘设施的除尘效果进行检测,分析存在的问题,改善除尘效果。方法现场职业卫生调查,检测劳动者个体粉尘接触浓度、工作场所现场粉尘浓度、除尘系统的风速和风量,针对超标原因提出整改措施。结果除尘设施设计合理,劳动者个体粉尘接触浓度合格,11个工作场所现场粉尘浓度3个超标,系管理上的疏忽造成;整改后均符合职业接触限值的要求,整改措施可行。结论适宜的除尘设施,完善的管理措施,能有效控制火力发电厂输煤系统的粉尘危害。
Objective To detect the dust removal effect of the dust removal facilities used in the coal handling system of a thermal power plant in the coastal area, analyze the existing problems and improve the dust removal effect. Methods The occupational health survey was conducted on the spot to detect the dust exposure concentration of workers, the concentration of dust in the workplace and the wind speed and air volume of the dust removal system. The rectification measures were put forward according to the causes of exceeding the standard. Results The design of dust removal facilities was reasonable. The concentration of dust exposure of individual laborers was qualified. The concentration of dust on site of 11 workplaces exceeded the standard of 3 due to the negligence of management. After rectification, the requirements of occupational exposure limits were met and the rectification measures were feasible. Conclusion Appropriate dust removal facilities and sound management measures can effectively control the dust hazard of coal handling system in thermal power plants.
