作为维系着油田企业中党和群众的关系的纽带,信访工作对于维持油田的稳定与发展具有重要意义。但是因为经济发展及技术变革、利益调动等多方面的因素使得信访工作的进行越来越难,并且油田企业中的各种矛盾也在这种情况下凸显出来,在这种情况下更要将信访工作进行到底并保持其稳定性,将维护职工的权益与推进企业的发展作为出发点,建设一个安定的企业环境。本文主要对信访工作稳定的重要性、影响信访工作稳定性的因素及关于如何做好信访稳定工作几方面进行了阐述。
