当今时代,我国的市场经济飞速发展,对于建筑施工企业来说,提升自主经营能力是在激烈的市场竞争中取得发展的必要条件。众所周知,作为企业管理的核心,财务管理在提升企业的经营管理水平以及企业的经营效益方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。本文通过阐述建筑施工企业财务管理的相关内容,剖析了其存在的问题,并在分析问题的基础上,提出了相对应的方法,希望对建筑施工企业的财务管理有一定的借鉴意义。
In today’s era, China’s rapid development of market economy, for building construction enterprises, to enhance their ability to operate independently in the fierce competition in the market to achieve the necessary conditions for development. As we all know, as the core of business management, financial management plays an indispensable role in improving the management level of enterprises and the operating efficiency of enterprises. This article elaborated the related content of financial management of construction enterprises, analyzed its existing problems, and put forward corresponding methods on the basis of analyzing the problems, hoping to have reference significance to the financial management of construction enterprises.
